Jorge Zuniga, Owner

Jorge is the founder of Coco's Snow Cone. Born and raised in Peru, he enjoyed a Peruvian version of snow cones growing up. He has been living in the Lee County area for 18 years and he wanted to share this all natural product with our community.

Abel Paladines, Food Scientist

Abel provides us with advice on ingredient functionality, shelf-life of products, creating new recipes, and working on improving our natural flavors to obtain the best product. He graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Food Science and Technology.

Marjorie and Lucy Zuniga, Social Media Managers

Marjorie and Lucy are Jorge's daughters and they assist in all areas of the business. Marjorie attends Southern Union Community College, and Lucy will attend Auburn University in the fall of 2024.
